Please Note:
Substitutions, Cancellations and Refunds
All changes, substitutions and cancellations must be made in writing. Substitutions may be made without penalty. Fax to 206-350-2576 or e-mail conference@nbis.org.

Cancellations received on or before September 1, 2004 will receive an 75% refund, after September 1, NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations or no shows.

All hotel reservation cancellations must be made directly with the Westin Hotel.
